Effective application for ultrasonic cleaning baths
Ultrasonic cleaning of stainless steel flexible mechanical elements and hoses for e.g. the automotive, aerospace and in general the high-tech industry up to lengths of 6 meters. Cleanliness requirements are focused on internal as well external surfaces and the removal of an organic and organic contaminations as well as particles.
Ultrasonic cleaning process in 5 steps
For this application the cleaning operation is custom build developed with the following ultrasonic cleaning sequence:
- Ultrasonic cleaning
- Rinsing
- Drying
- Quality control
- Packaging
Ultrasonic cleaning bath with power control
During the wet steps the hoses are flushed inside as well continuously moved in the liquid in order to optimize the rinsing. The ultrasonic cleaning bath is continuously filtrated and the organic contamination separated from the cleaning liquid, floating particles are kept in the filter system.
Both baths are completely isolated and do have their own electrical cabinet with PLC and several safety devices as well as lift systems. The ultrasonic cleaning bath is equipped with ultrasonic submersibles and built in ultrasonic generators with automatic frequency control and adjustable power.
The whole is of solid German quality and is completely supplied with a plug-in cable. Naturally the system is in accordance with the directives for CE and RoHS.
