Cleaning with ultrasonic submersibles
Recently VARICLEAN delivered an ultrasonic cleaning and rinsing system for the cleaning of moulds in the rubber industry. The parts do have a weight up to 2000 kg and do remain in the crane during the cleaning process. The ultrasonic energy is transferred from 2 sides with ultrasonic submersible ultrasonic elements. The ultrasonic power could be adjusted for an optimal result.
Avoiding mechanical damages
Depending on size and/or weight of the parts they will be placed in a basket or remain on the crane while cleaned. To avoid mechanical damages and create a reproducible cleaning result the bath is equipped with guidance bars resulting in a one way positioning of the parts.
Temperature and ultrasonics digital controlled
Temperature and ultrasonic time could be set digital with an actual readout. A level control protects the ultrasonic and heating elements. In the rinsing bath we agitate with air pressure which will be divided and dosed into the liquid and will rinse the residues from the moulds.
Safe manner of ultrasonic cleaning
The sound isolated pneumatically driven covers are controlled by a 2-hand open/closed function protecting the operator from injuries. An exhaust system is installed for extraction of water vapour so that they will not be exposed in the production area.
