Ultrasonic cleaning spray guns

A very effective application for ultrasonic tabletop cleaning baths is the cleaning of spray guns, machine parts and tooling. Applications could be found at the (car)paint companies, isolation companies and many other industries. Besides the easier to remove water based paintings also the more difficult contaminations could be removed like 2 component based paintings or bonding materials, polyurethane (PUR), epoxy, inks and resins.

Safe & Environmental friendly

For these more difficult contaminations we are supplying a safe to use  and environmental friendly biodegradable cleaning fluid with a very high flashpoint and with a low vapor tension.

Due to these characteristics it’s safe to use in ultrasonic cleaning baths. Based on extensive tests on various materials it appears that many gaskets from high grade plastics and rubber are not affected by this cleaning fluid, in case of doubt please ask. It’s a good replacement for more aggressive cleaning fluids like methylenechloride, NMP (n-methylpyrrolidon), acetone etc.
