Flange plate transducers consisting of a straight or bended stainless steel plate, to which a number of ultrasonic transducers are secured appropriate to the desired output. The plate is flange-mounted from outside, with bolds, to an appropriate aperture in the cleaning tank by means of a welded frame, gasket and contact frame.
The transducers setting up ultrasonic vibrations which are transferred to the adjoining liquid. Flange plate transducers permit existing plants to be retrofitted for ultrasonic cleaning in cases where a reduction in the existing tank capacity cannot be accepted.
