Ultrasonic submersibles

An ultrasonic submersible element consist of a plasma welded stainless steel housing where a number of PZT-transducers are enclosed. (PZT stands for lead, zirconat, titanat ceramics). The ultrasonic power will be determined by the number of PZT-transducers. The available power starts with 300W up to 3000W. The working frequencies are 25, 40, 58, 75, 132 en 192 kHz. Duo frequencies are also available. There are several options for mounting and wiring such a system into a cleaning bath. The cleaning application will guide this mainly. The elements could be mounted on several flexible ways, bottom, one wall or at two walls, or walls and bottom. Also for the way of mounting and wiring there are several options available. In combination with our program of ultrasonic generators submersibles are offering an enormous flexibility.
